Will an exterior spray leave any residue on the structure or windows? A spray may leave behind a faint white coating resembling spring rain residue here in Wisconsin. It is easily cleaned or wiped away and is none staining per the product label.
Are the products pet friendly and safe for children or adults? Yes, the label specifications are adhered to by every product used. No one in the house, including kids and dogs, will be harmed once the product has dried. While a treatment is being administered, it is not advised for anyone to be in the same vicinity. Labels are available upon request.
Why am I seeing pests after my first treatment? The likelihood that you are seeing pests leave your property following treatment is high, which usually indicates that the treatment is working. Give us a call if, after two weeks, you are still experiencing pests, and I would be happy to come back and treat your house for free. Many times depending the species of insect you'll start to see a noticable difference within one week. I would advise starting a seasonal maintenance plan to keep your house safe if pests are still present.
How long does a exterior spray last? Every spray is unique based on the preferences of the customer. Depending on the extent of the infestation, sprays last two months if you're looking for annual protection. Sprays offer protection from thirty-five common environmental insects.
When is outdoor spraying season? Usually, it will begin in the middle of May, till mid-October weather permitting. The weather must continuously be above 55 degrees for the best application, or the chemical's strength will diminish.

Do you offer inertior treatments? Treatments inside your home can be important, especially when you are targeting common pest; ants, spiders, earwigs, etc. The majority of our customers find that exterior maintenance keeps their home protected, but we are happy to treat inside your home and/or garage whenever you would like.
What does a standard exterior treatment include? Preimiter at ground level 2 feet off base of structure, window trim, door frames, light fixtures, eaves, soffits, gutters, downspouts, exterior siding, garage door(s), attached or dettached garage, connecting corners on exterior, peak(s), vent(s), fence line, storage shed, overhang(s)
Are your services guaranteed Unless otherwise noted, if after a week you are still experiencing bugs in your home, I will be happy to come back and treat the areas that were previously treated at no extra cost for exterior or interior sprays. I will return for maintenance service plans at any point during the contract without any questions.
Can you treat my yard? I offer treatment of lawns, shrubs, trees, plants, and near gardens, but we will not treat fruit or vegetable plants.
How long does a exterior rodent treatment take? Your Initial Treatment and inspection typically take less than 60 minutes to complete, as I do a full scan of your home and property to assess what products and treatments are best based on your needs. Standard Treatments, which are maintenance treatments, can usually be completed in less than 30 minutes.
